who makes the best split ring pliers? I have two sets of berkly pliers and dont like either one very much. One set is the long needle nose kind and they are just too long to be precise. Then I bought some of the mini pliers but the point is spaced too far out to work so that was another bit of money wasted.....
Whats the best everyone has found?

thanks evan for the suggestion Ill check those out. I saw the orange handled ones on tacklewarehouse and was wondering if they were good....Ill probably pick these up I just want something that works right.
Is everyone putting the none pointed point into the ring then squeezing the pliers closed causing the point to open the ring? Just wanted to make sure Im not doing something wrong when Im using them

I have a blue handled pair that works pretty good. May have got them at bass pro. As long as you don't buy the all silver colored "economy model", they should be alright
