Christmas Eve: Family dinner of Rib Roast, epicurian peas, mashed potatoes, gravy, asparagus, assorted nibbles (olives, pickles, jalapenos, etc.) and followed by pecan pie and mince meat pie. Christmas Day: Gourmet Seafood Gumbo with rice, garlic bread, keylime pie.

Christmas Eve - fried shrimp, oysters, shrimp & crawfish gumbo, char-grilled oysters & shrimp, oh and grilled scallops.
Christmas Day -
BBQed a brisket, 4 slab of ribs, 1 pork shoulder, 6 chicken, 10 links of sausage and a 15 lb prime rib roast. Potato salad, bbq baked beans, green salad, cranberry salad, sweet potato casserole, brocolli-cheese casserole and no telling what all the other stuff my lil sis and mom is doing.

With all the food he's cooking none us should have to cook.  Were having Ribeye steaks, baked potatoes/sweet potatoes, garden salad, pilsbury crosiants, chocolate cake and a pumpkin loaf. For appetizers: BBQ lil smokies, cheese roll and deviled eggs.
