I fish for whites and hybrids on RC on a regular basis and have caught the occasional blue. Would like to spend some time the next few months hunting the blues but not sure where and how to start. What is the bait of choice and what depths and methods are being used to catch the winter blues?

If you give a man a fish you feed him for the day, But if you teach him how to fish you feed him for life.

Book a trip with catfish/sandie guide Chris Watson. You will learn more fishin with Chris in one trip than you will learn in a year of trial & error! His number be 903-654-1765. One of the best catfish guides you can hire and the best on Richland Chambers.

I'd love to fish with Chris. Hadn't heard anything but good stuff about him and he's been around a long time.

Chris wasn't running trips there for a while...if he is back at it now then I'd definitely give him a call for RC. He's more than good.

Chris Watson never gave up guiding just went back to work and is only guiding on his days off.
He is one of the best around and has been for many years.

Yep, he still has a day job! But, he guides on Fridays & Saturdays. You will not be disappointed. We have always caught lots of blues!

Over the years I book several large trips a year with some of my clients and have used 4 different guides fishing for catfish on various lakes. Now I ask my clients who they want to go out with and they always say they want Chris! He is the best hands down!

But, Jackie is real good too if ya wanna fish Cedar Creek! smile

I have taken a trip with Chris and highly recommend him. He will teach as well as put you on fish.
