Now that will get them river cats to moving for sure. Unfortunately, I have been just to sick to try and get back out at the lakes again yet.

Just a darn cold is all. Plus my nose is bleeding everyday. Went to the Dr. and got a couple of butt shots and some pills, now need to go and get the nose bleeding to stop. hmmmmmm wonder if a little dose of shad slime would stop the bleeding. lol

Just came from behind the Dam at Ray Roberts, they are letting a bunch of water out, I was wanting to catch a bunch of shad to put in the freezer for the winter, but I didn't catch any, I only took my small net, I tried off the top of the wall, and off the rocks, but no shad!!!
I did see a guy catching some of those flathead baits, called crappie with minnows!!!

I caught a 30# a few years ago there on a big perch!!!
