We were there this past weekend the bite was very very slow. We had two fish early on white spro frogs and then nothing the rest of the day. We fished deep shallow and all in between.

Was up there last weekend, the bite was slow but did stick a 6 and 3lber. One at each end of the lake. All shallow and near wood. caught one at 9am and the other at 1:30pm.
Went out today, 31 Oct, and it was coldddddddddddd and windy. First boat on the water and it was slow and did I say cold. Got a 5lber at 10am in 12ft of water on a flat with wood and nothing else. Wind died down around noon. It was pretty slow...off the water 3pm.

Thanks, I might have to give it some time before spending the $ to go and fish tough conditions. With the weather changes going on I think the fish in these lakes are some what messed up. Thanks to all for the info. If I go I'll post a report.
