Greetings - we'll be heading down the PINS possibly all the way down the island for the first time (been to little and big shell once before). Can anyone help out with a few questions? I've noticed some heavy duty spider weights with long legs, much longer than the cheap pyramid style ones from Wal Mart and Academy - does anyone know where to find them? Also, has anyone been down there in the past week or 2? What condition was the beach in, and was anything in particular biting - shark, skipjacks, trout, bull reds? We'll be taking a cast net and going for fresh live for the first time and we're not sure where/when our best luck will be with it, or how productive it will be in the surf - any suggestions? Any help much appreciated - tight lines!
