I have went from 1 can a day to probably 3 dips since friday. I have 1 left in my can that just sits there staring at me... Ha ha. But the seeds and gum seem to be helping even though the jaws are sore

Follow the directions on the nicotine gum package.

I have been cig free for 4 years now but still chew the gum. Thats about 10 4mg pieces a day.

I do smoke about 1.5 cigars a day. Need to quit it all really.

Well, least you aint foggin up your lungs with multiple cigs a day.

In this group... its actually cool to be a quitter.

I've made it 3 weeks now, without the nicotine gum or anything else nicotine related. I hope everyone else is doing good as well.

Good luck to all!

Not worth a darn! I'd like to say I've slowed down but I havent. Too much stress right now. If I can get my daughter and grand daughter on their feet, it will be a lot easier.
