Anything going on with them right now? May make a trip up there this Monday with my daughter and like to put her on some fish. THanks in advance

I took my grandson there in June. Never been there before. Had read about the old submerged dam holding sandies and we went there and caught about 50 sandies and 10 keeper blacks fishing the slopes of old dam with boat parked on top (top was about 17 feet deep). The old dam is about 75 to 100 yrds out from new dam. Dennis

Depending on the wind.....I would start with Lacy point, old dam, old hwy 6 roadbed and any sizable hump you can find. My best fish lately have been on the old Hwy 6 roadbed near Speegleville marina. It is similar to the old dam and has humps that are only 11 ft deep. We hit it Saturday morning and fishing the drop off of the humps with slabs got us several 14-15 inch whites and 6 blacks over 3 lbs. Lots of 10-12 inch whites busting the surface just about everywhere (it was dead calm)
