going to try to quit smoking today. I have been smoking for 10 years and i'm going to try to quit cold turkey. I'm in my mid 20's and figure that i need to quit now. hopefully i have bought my last pack.

i'm going to need it. My dad died at the age of 44 from a heart attack. My older brother had a heart attack at 38. i know i need to quit.

you can do it dude. I quit at 24. a bit tough when you are still into goin out with friends, hanging around smokers etc. DONT let it get to you, you can and WILL kick em. you will be SO glad. Food will taste better, shoot.. BEER will taste better, you wont smell like a bowling alley. Good luck man!
