Have not been back since Ike.
What boat ramps are still open and usable on the lower lake, Keith Lake, and Sabine Pass area???

Yes the first 4way stop take a left ramp is in good condition. The state park is closed thou, so don't try there.

Keiths lake is open but it is very shallow through there. The public ramp left of the 4way stop is good I launched there a month ago.
If I fished for money.........I'd be broke.
