took my son(8) and nephew(11) to rollover last weekend. first time there since IKE. doesnt look the same. anyway, managed to catch a good mess of crabs, lots of small reds and croaker, and even a couple jellyfish stings. got both boys pretty good. had a great time except for the stings. boys are hooked on the salt! now ive got one more reason to make the drive. anyone else catch anything in that area?

Hey bigsix, how was the water clarity when you fished there and did you see lots of folks still fishing there at the pass?

didnt see any "RV sites" but say lots of RVs. not sure if they belonged to former house owners or they were just set up all over. water clarity was pretty good for the bayside. no seaweed anywhere. didnt go to the gulfside so i really cant say. from the road, looked like green water was a half mile or so. i did see a pretty good crowd there, not like ive seen before but still fair.
