 Made some fried shrimps for dinner tonight - a little pic heavy

Not fishing and wanted to put the deep fryer to use so I got some shrimps, beers, french fries and sauces. Got a little camera happy, here are the results: Getting started.  Dried the shrimps and then flowered them  Had my second beer  Getting ready for 2nd coating, I use the eggs in a carton gimmick since it is already mixed and ready to go for an eggwash and saves time screwing with regular eggs.  This is after the eggwash and the shrimp batter had been applied  The first batch got a Carolina BBQ sauce. Directly from the fryer into the bbq sauce and coated.  The darker sauce is a Memphis BBQ sauce, same deal, out of the fryer and into the sauce and then coated. I also left some plain and cooked some fast food style thin french fries.

That Kosmos Special Reserve is fantastic. Several years ago, you could find it in 6 packs around here.

That Kosmos Special Reserve is fantastic. Several years ago, you could find it in 6 packs around here.
That was the first time I had that beer and it was very hoppy (said so on the label as well). All that head on that beer is from the hops I believe, I poured it very careful and the glass and beer were ice cold and it still made that much head in the glass. I enjoyed the beer, but I think the only way I can find it are the family reunion packs for now.

yeah +2 on trying the shrimp and bbq sauce.u mix them like u would chicken wings when they come out of the fryer?
