What are some crawfish lures you guys prefer. I have tried the Zoom Speed Craws and the Berkley Chigger craws but neither have pruduced for me as well as good ol' brushhogs. Just curious to see what you guys are having luck with.

Zoom speed craws, baby paca craws, and LFT pig claws, but I only use these as jig trailers.

I'm with you...hard to beat a baby brush hog. I've been using the paca craws as trailers on my jigs. I don't like the anise smell to them, but I've been catching fish so am sticking with them.

I bought some of the Jackall craws but haven't put them through their paces yet.

In fact, on the baby brush hogs I've been using them as trailers on my finesse flipping jigs. Has really done the trick swimming those jigs over grass...who'd a thunk it!

If a Zoom Speed Craw isn't producing for you; craws might not be your bait. That little speed craw produces fish when nothing else will for me.

I catch fish on the speed craws but nothing with any size. Most of the areas I fish have a 14" size limit and all I get on the speed craw is dinks. Days I'm fishin for fun, I don't mind but when I'm fishing tourneys, 20 short fish doesn't help much.

I'm a big fan on the Chigger Craws. I've had good luck with them, and I like the new Crazy Legs as well. Dip those legs in Chartreuse.
