School is out so I am headed to Texoma in the morning. If any of you will be out come by and say hello and I will toss you a mess of slabs.

Well be by myself in the Gou, launching out of Juniper at about 7am.

Cheers to all of you.

If only I had known sooner! cry It's after 10 now and have made plans for the modest lake EM. I would have went if I could've found a partner.

I gave my last final at 2pm posted grades and was off to Tyler by 3:30. I had to go get my daughter in Tyler since dorms close tomorrow at noon. So it was a last minute thing to go to Texoma.

I thought my anniversary was tomorrow but it is next week... So since I got everything out of the way I am now clear w/o teaching until Janurary 1th 2009.

There's no fish in that lake Mando - was up there this morning and didn't catch a single fish!

More seriously though, was marking tons of fish just west of 377 & getting some subtle hits on slabs, but no hookups. Gave up almost 3pm. Spoke with an old-timer at the ramp & he told me his good fishing is from 3pm till sundown. Also saw from others results that live bait was more the ticket today. Guess this has to do with post-frontal conditions?

Good luck to you!!

I was bummed I couldn't go with you today, but I guess I didn't miss much. Maybe next time. How'd you do on the home lake the day before Zeek????

Mando, you stil have lots of time to get up there & start fishing before 3 smile

Bob, I didn't go on Wednesday. The winds were just a leetle too much combined with the cold. When the big flags over the car dealerships are standing straight out, that wind is more than 30mph!!
