Does anyone here have any experience with Supreme Bass Fishing (www.supremebassfishing.com)? It is private membership fishing in the Aledo area and has a couple of lakes. They advertise bass, but also stock some large trout it seems in the winter months. It is rather expensive compared to other private and pay for fishing places that I have seen. I am just wondering if anyone has ever been there or knows of anyone who has and what their experience has been. Due to the expense I would not want to jump in without knowing or hearing from someone with firsthand experience.

Looks like a nice place. Wonder if they would let you try it out for a half day fee or so. Like you, I'd want to know I could catch fish before shelling out $900.

i did a trial fish a couple of years ago, suffice it to say it really is a ripoff!

First of all the owners will trump up extra charges on your membership w/o notifying. 895.00 is a waste of money for a year and to pay up to 65.00 just to show for a half day is a waste. The fishing is ok at best. beware, the owners are a**holes and not customer friendly. I can go and on! Few past members did not renew there membership because of such problems! These are their words.

You can due better with The Great American Fish and Game Club. 295.00 for a year you get a choice of atleast 40 great little lakes across Tx and Ok. they are stocked with some very healthy fish and they are restricted to limited amount of persons so fishing pressure is at a min. It will cost about 30-55.00 a day depending on the lake, however it is worth the cost!

Just my 2cents! Hope that helps

The Great American Fish and Game Club worth $300? How big of bass/trout do you catch?

Snag,

They have stocked these lake with pure and F-1 broods in all the lakes and the land owners have intense management to keep these waters healthy. So like i mentioned b4 healthly bass up to 12-14 lbs have been caught. Crappie and catfish are extremely abundant in these waters. So the 295.00 is worth it! Ive been a member for just over a yr now.

I emailed the owners of SupremeBass about the day fee in addition to the membership fee. They replied that there is no day fee in addition to the membership fee. I have heard some of the same complaints, etc... as mentioned above and it makes me very wary of giving them any of my money. I am leaning toward the American Fish and Game Club myself based on my research of it. The reviews I have received on it have been mostly positive. The main reason I was interested in SupremeBass was due to the trout. Looks like they stock some monster trout in there versus the stockers you get at PK or in the community ponds. They do have a membership just for trout in the winter, but it too is high dollar @ $495. I was tempted to pay just to catch some of those huge trout, but the lack of customer service I keep hearing about is keeping me away.
