I just put in an order for my first Hendrix Rod. I can’t vouch for the product yet but Michael Hendrix sounds like a really great guy. He got back to me right away and was extremely helpful in helping me decide what stick I needed.

I forget who steered me in his direction but thanks.

Just hope you get your rod quicker than I've gotten mine. Good rods,,,bad service.
I'm still waiting on a rod from an order in June. It was supposed to have been over nighted August 6th. Still no rod. Guess Mike hasn't decided which day he is going to overnight it yet. My last Hendrix order.

Steve,I still paid Mike money for this rod. It was included in the 4 rod package which I paid over 600.00. He cut me a deal on the 4 rods since I had problems getting two other rods on previous orders. That's still good money for rods, especially when you are a LEO. Enough said, I'm done with Mike. He may be great with all the locals around the DFW area. He sucks when it comes to out of town customers. Absolutely no communication. He didn't hesitate in depositing my check either.

Pretty sure that breaks this rule right here:

You may have the facts (in your case?), but I'm pretty sure saying Mike "sucks" is not stating your case intelligently.

Revoman I am sorry that my team is trying to defend me, maybe in the wrong way. You have a right to say what you think. The delay on the rod is because I am building the free rod, and will ship both rods. I didn't want to pay shipping twice. The rod that went overboard was replaced at below cost, and the free rod no cost to you is for the delay on the first one. The electricty went out and the first rod had to be rebuilt that is my fault. We do have delays at times. We still build the rods one at a time. We are learning, and growing with some pain. I believe time of delivery is the only complaint, we will be working hard to correct it. Please work with us it will get better. I also know the rods are worth the wait they will improve your fishing no matter what equipment you have fished in the past. I thank my team for trying to back me, but I hope they learn the customer is allways right. I thank you for giving us a chance, You will get your rods by Friday. Michael
