put some moth balls in a pie plate and set it under your console, no varmit likes the smell of those things, to include spiders and other bugs.

Throw a bunch of treble hooks on the floor under the console.

Ok this is your destiny and also a opportunity to help out all those living in your community. Options are two fold and either works very well.

Go to tractor supply and get a live trap and the next time you decide to eat tunafish put the empty can in the back of the trap. I tried this once on my neighbors cat that kept getting up on my truck and scratching the paint off every time it saw me when he jumped off. I first told my neighbor that her cat was scratching all the paint off the hood and she said she would try to keep it inside. Well the next day there it was and so I got a trap, then ate tunafish an crackers for dinner. Put the empty can in trap and that cat was mine in 4 hours. I quietly put the trap in my garage and took it to the pound the next day. Results...........no cat.......I asked a police friend what he recomended and he said 357 mag but trap it is more legal. Owner can pay $50 to get their cat back if collered and more the next time ........she never went to the pound although I heard her out yelling kitty kitty looking for it while it sat in my garage. So I won. The other option is antifreeze and let it crawl off somewhere else. Pick one.

Some of the ideas suggested seem a little extreme. eeks

Coffee grounds, pine cones, citrus. Moth balls work but the smell is as bad as the original problem.

Spread aluminum foil, they don't like the sound or their reflection.

There are cat repellant odor or sound devices.

Live catch trap + Tuna fish bait + Trashcan full of water = Silent kitty death

That method worked real well for a buddy of mine who had twenty something strays on his property. He said he didn't have the stomach to shoot them, but he had no problem drowning them. who_knows

If you don't have the heart to do that, you could put live coyotes in your yard. They eat cats like kids eat candy. They could possibly come with their own set of problems though. grin

someone once said that pepper will cause them to sneeze and will not come back?????? don't know if its true but hey I would much rather have pepper than cat pee in my boat. If that doesn't work try a mouse trap, that outta deter em. J/K
