I was just wondering if anyone has ever any good walking the banks of the Pedernales. If so can you point me in the direction of where I might start? I was thinking of starting at the state park but didn't know if there might be a better spot. Actually I'm not even sure if there are many crappie to be had out of there. Any info would be helpful...Thanks

I fish the perdenales all the time by boat catch tons of crappie around the docks. If your bank fishing the perdenalesI would wait a couple weeks and go out to reimers and tear up the whites!!

Google Reimers Perdanales...

Travis County Milton Reimers Ranch Park is approximately 30 miles southwest of Austin. Take Highway 71 west of Austin through the town of Bee Cave and turn left onto FM 3238 (Hamilton Pool Road). Travel 12 miles to the Park entrance, on your right.
