When you have a Brady or Mahomes you have the talent to win with subclass receivers. When you have less at quarterback you need more at OL,running back,receiver, and defense. A top quarterback carries a team to a SB win. I think when you do have a great quarterback coach and a good defense with good offensive weapons you win multiple SB's. I think when you have a great quarterback you need less at other positions. Cowboys are stuck in between. They should make a decision and go that way. I think now with Dax they need to try and pay CeDee and win now with a couple defensive players. They should make the best of what they have before they need to go into complete rebuilding mode. just my .02

You'd better have a more than adequate OL to keep Mahomes, Brady of Burrow upright... You saw how pedestrian Mahomes was early in the season last year... Heck he was yelling at the OL, receivers and coaches... Then the OL gelled and gave Mahomes time and suddenly the receivers picked it up a notch also... And we saw what a subpar OL did to Burrow... yes you are right you need a good team but if you don't you can win with Brady and Mahomes with less talent you can't win had all with a less quarterback. I will add this if you don't have a good OL your quartbacks term at quarterback will be short lived. You can ask RGIII.
