Past by a couple on way home from work few times I tried any never really like them . These I'll never try they just looked jangy one was advertising loaded French Fries & other one Crawfish & Shrimp. Got me thinking wonder how often they change the grease or do they strain & clean. That's what never liked on them cause grease seems & nasty.
Thoughts or Experiences ?

Most of them are no worse than a Chinese buffet.

I'll never understand why people assume they should be cheap. The food quality is usually excellent.

Food trucks are becoming a big deal in Mineola. On any day there may be 5 or 6 trucks/trailers of various food types in a town of 4500.

There's one around here that has lobster Po Boys... The wife gets alerts on her phone when it's on the menu... It's not bad but they're getting $23 for it... We were at a local brewery and saw the price... No more for me, I'd rather spend my money on a better meal... Dan
