Stopped by my local marina after work last night, fished from 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.. it was slower than normal but I managed a nice 4 lb bass, 10 or so crappies, some yellow bass and 1 decent redbreast. Caught them on a char/orange trout magnet on a 1/30th z-man bighead and a pink and white itty bit slab hunter. It was fun that bass on 4lb test. I'm 44 and I believe I'm going ultralight for the rest of my fishing life. It's so simple and so much fun!

Looks like fun!!! Ultralight gear will definitely help with old shoulders, carpel tunnel....... grin

The third picture is of a bluegill. They get really bright orange bellies during the spawn. A redbreast has a extremely long ear flap. The longest of all sunfish species. It's impossible to miss.
