I think this lake is off to a bad start. Maybe it’s the silly name. Can someone come up with a good alternative, then everyone use that so much it become the real name, shortly after there will be water to launch the boat

I could care less about some guides. It's the out of staters and the high school tournaments that I see being a problem. There's just not enough parking and ramps.

Not me, don’t worry, I go further south and east to the old lakes. In fact my trophy waters are in MS, LA, and OK.

Friend of mine sold bout 100 acres to the same investors that sold the first bunch of high dollar lots up by the dam. They been clearing it out and getting ready to have more lots for sale. Bout half a mile before the boat ramp on 1396. Yall better get in line to get one when they are ready.

Yeah, gonna be wild for a while. Last I heard, there is maximum 300 boat capacity that will be enforced.

Meat hunting "immigrants" will thin out the bass population.

They do not go by regulations

If there’s tilapia in that lake, they will come in droves!

Bois d'Arc is currently 2.19 ft. below full pool. I'll start a list of lakes that are closed because they are 2.2 ft. low. Please fill in those I have missed:

Thanks.
