Just wanted to pulse the forum on ranking these Fort Worth(ish) area based lakes on bass fishing. A bit of background, I sold my bass boat back in 2013 but recently got back in the game and bought a boat in 2023, just wanted feedback on where y’all would invest time by ranking the following lakes:
Weatherford
Worth
Eagle Mountain
Benbrook
Arlington
Granbury

I enjoy the lakes in the following order:
Worth
Eagle Mountain
Arlington
Benbrook
Granbury
Weatherford

They are all decent except Benbrook

I enjoy the lakes in the following order:
Worth
Eagle Mountain
Arlington
Benbrook
Granbury
Weatherford Is Lake Worth better than the "Fair" ranking for LMB that TPWD gives it?

Thanks for the feedback fellas! I know you locals have a lot of knowledge, it’s appreciated. We do..we have a lot of knowledge...which is why we drive 3-4 hours in literally any direction to fish somewhere else.. Having to say "eagle mountain is my home lake" makes me throw up a little every time...

i would second Marine Creek 2 or 3, but it is considerably hammered more over the last 20 years.
