Power poles work great but when I raise my power poles the motor for one keeps "running" until I press the "up" button again. Only happens with my stomp buttons. Does not do this when I lower the poles. Minor nuisance or something I need to fix ASAP?

Mine has done that about half the time since new. I just hit it down and up again and it goes off.

I would imagine that is a button issue but it could be a circuit board issue on the pump. Give Power Pole a call and they can trouble shoot it with you over the phone.

May need to adjust the force of the motor though the CMonster app.

It sounds like with a double tap (even accidental) is causing your pump to stay engaged trying to put excessive up force on the pole to reach its preset limit. Then a quick tap exits double tap automatic mode and enters the single tap up mode…then the pump shuts off.

While it could be that, this appears to be an issue with the switch itself as no other remotes do that

It’s easier to push a button accurately with your finger, vs the stomp buttons. I do this all the time. roflmao

My biggest gripe with the stomp buttons is the down button always works, but the up button only works when it’s above about 45 degrees. loco

Then I have to walk back to the console to raise the things.

Each button is programmed separately in the C-Monster app. You can probably fix it with reprogramming the foot switches and sensitivity.

Thanks everyone for the help. Relatively new to PP ownership and late adopter of technology (didn't know about C-Monster app) so I'll start there. Like Steez said, everything works just fine when pushing buttons at the console....has to be the foot switch. The word "reprogramming" is slightly worrisome.

It's just selections on the screen, maybe disconnect and re-pair them. We're not talking about DE-Programming. That has a whole different connotation! roflmao

Mine did it a couple of times yesterday. They've done it before. I think it may be linked to a particular controller I use. I have the floor mounted switches but don't have them installed on the boat. I have two of the lanyard controls and that is what we use. I think one of them is sticking.

Nope, have done that multiple times. It's an issue with switch. The LEDs indicate it's sending another up command

I just put a new set of stomp switches in to a used but new to me set of poles. Everything was working after my install. Got to the lake and the down button wouldn't work. Would repair and it would work then it wouldn't. It was just a bad switch. PP sent me a new down button and it's setting here on my desk waiting to be put on.

All my other remotes would work, it was just the down button. I noticed that i slammed on the switch in a fit of rage and it would work. My guess, is the board had a bad solder joint or bad trace and the flexing caused it to work. Oh well, PP took care of it. I did have to eat $10 to send the non-functional one back to them.
