This show is the best. It basically rules. In this episode Jonathan who some of you may remember is actually an angel, be friends and older lonely lady and then to make her friends jealous insinuates that he's tapping that. I watch every Saturday and Sunday morning.

Oh snap it turns out that that old lady is his former wife. Evidently when he came back in angel form he was made younger. So he's actually partying with his wife but now she's like 80 and he's quite a bit younger.
His daughter and grandchildren were shocked when they met him and found out that their mother and grandmother respectively was with a young dude.

He really turned on the 80s cool guy look and slang!! His intention is to get his daughter to pay attention to her mother. And his Ploy is to pretend to be this younger guy interested in her... to drive his daughter and ex wife together again since the daughter was basically neglecting the mother. Then he took them out of a fancy dinner and accidentally forgot his wallet in the car. After ordering all the most expensive stuff including a lot of alcohol

Like a boss…the old left the wallet in the car trick…which I would never be able to pull off…must have advised my children to never ever leave your purse/wallet in the car a hundred times.

I too like that show and stream it from time to time.... Nice! I can remember being like 5 and my Mom getting all excited about a new Highway To Heaven coming on. She had a crush on that Michael Landon. Little House on the Prairie was a good one too. My brother and sister and I used to make little "plays" to reenact the story lines we saw on LHOP. Some were too serious though. Like the one where Mr. Edwards was going to kill himself because he had lost his wife and kid to the small pox or something... That one scared me. I remember not really knowing how to process that story as a kid lol.

I miss good shows like that. We are watching a Series now on Netflix called "Everwood". And no, it is not about viagra. It is a bit "lifetimey" lame, but we needed a break after "breaking bad" and "Saul" stuff.

Also, Murder she wrote Macguyver Father dowling mysteries Golden girls If those weren’t playing then it was any 50s - 70s Disney like “parent trap”

Oh yeah. Today we have some GREAT shows. But boy they can be intense. Those old timey ones like Highway to Heaven can be a nice break for sure. Nothing political or social commentary about them really either. Just stories...

HardCastle and McCormick was another one my great aunt was hooked on... The only thing I liked about that show was some of it was filmed in our area (Los Angels area, Valley to be exact) so seeing a place on TV that you knew in real life as a kid was amazing... Like "I know where that Big Boys is!! OMG!!"

For those that cant really get into a young guy with an old lady, watch Lancelot Link But it was not a young guy with an old lady per se. It was his wife. He had died and came back as an angel, the premise of the show, however he stayed like the age he was when he died and the wife of course aged. Dont make this something sleezy...

Touched by an angel is good, too.
Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”
