I know little about this other than what I read. I’m of the opinion we will never know what really happened. All they had to do was have local law enforcement pull the guy over take him in and turn him over to the FBI. We will never know the reason for a no knock raid the middle of the night. It not out of the question the guy thought someone was breaking in his house. It’s not out of the question the guy was really dangerous, but I doubt it. We will never know cause powers to be don’t want us to know.

Without knowing all of the details, I'll just say that ATF needs to become just AT.

The atf doesn’t like one who stockpiles anything would be my guess . I’d believe he has a strong political opinion as well which is not a good mix when dealing with feds

Looks like he was buying guns, then selling them. Sort if like a gun dealer without a license to be one. A gray area IMO. Certainly no reason to knock the door down at 6 AM and rush in. Huge over reaction on the part of the feds. And meanwhile millions of people surging across the border. Redirect the ATF to protecting our country instead of shooting people over minor infractions.

Legal documents claim Malinowski bought as many as 24 guns at once, saying there were for him and he would then allegedly resell the guns in as little as 24 hours in some cases.
An affidavit said that as of February 2024, six of the more than 150 guns Malinowski purchased and often resold at the gun shows were seized in criminal activity.
dude was arming people who could not legally buy is my best guess.
not a big fan of the atf but not a fan of people arming gangs for profit either.
