My 72 year old buddy recently had back surgery and has not fully recovered from the surgery. While he is improving and is now able to get about with some difficulty without a walker/wheelchair he would not be able to get in/out of a normal boat. We would like to do an in-shore guided fishing trip that would not involve stepping up/down from the pier to the boat.

What fishing guides offer Gulf Coast fishing trips that when boarding/departing their vessel would be almost level to the dock? We have done the party boats and would prefer to have the more personal experience that a smaller boat would offer.

I can likely assist your buddy. I have a lift and raise it and lower it all the time to help people get in and out of the boat.

Thanks for the information. Right now word has gotten out and 20 family and friends want to go. We are currently renting a boat from Dolphin Docks to accommodate everyone.
