They had a fair amount of meat in them, but they just weren't hot at all, I like super hot stuff and they did not live up to the hype

Seems like I remember Taco Bell doing a reaper sauce a while back and it wasn't all that hot either.
I bet it is some sort of liability thing for them. They don't want somebody to claim their ulcers were caused by the hot sauce or something like that.
