 DISH is headed to bankruptcy

Looks pretty imminent this time. They have billions in loan repayments coming due by November and don't have the cash to cover them. I have DISH at the house and deer lease. SAT is the only way to get a reliable signal at the deer lease. I have DISH and 2 others share a Direct TV satellite dish. It will be interesting to see what happens when they go under.

I didn't know they were still a thing They are when it is the only option. Deer season is also football season and getting cooped up in a trailer by weather gets pretty boring.

I stream my phone or tablet in the deer blind now Works when you have a phone signal. We have to walk around camp or drive to highest hill. In camp lucky to get 2 bars. I have an OTA TV antenna on a 16' pole and a lease member put an amplifier on it. Can now get 4 or 5 bars but it is a faux signal.

Corporate bankruptcy and actually going out of business are two completely different things. Yep, just like chapter 7 versus 11.

I use DISH. Most of my neighbors use DISH. We are rural.
