Big Pharma owns this country and will soon own all the health care. Consolidation of medical "systems" and the evaporation of private practice will insure that all participants tow the line. Too big, too powerful and unstoppable.

Symbicort inhaler $431.49. I received a letter this week from Wellcare that they will no longer cover Symbicort.

TRS changed my wife from CVS-Caremark to Express Script and now 1 of her meds isn't covered. I take the same medication and CVS-Caremark still covers it at the same price as hers was. Wish they hadn't changed companies.

go head and use good rx if you want your data sold. That is their business model , They ask participating pharmacy to file claims with Good Rx , Good Rx pays the pharmacy nothing . The only thing they have to sell is your data.
This is how all the " discount cards " work.
your mileage may vary
MO RPh My script went from like 400 a month to 55 with goodrx, I guess I have to live with the risk.

I have one med(generic statin) and my wife has two(generic statin and a thyroid med). Pre medicare, we used the Good Rx card and paid very little. Now with medicare and Humana Advantage, they're free.

Can you get it from Express Scripts online? Not sure if that is possible with your insurance or what the price online would be. We get all my wife's medications via Express Scripts online. 90 day supply just went up from $12 a script to $13 a script, but saved a bunch from getting it from a local pharmacy. I did that but that’s where the tech told me the pharmaceutical coupons had been hacked and they’re not up and running to use.

MO RPh You are a pharmacist aren't you, Rph? If so, has breztri increased its price 20 times in the last couple of years or is he likely seeing his insurance covering less of the cost? My son in law is a pharmacist and I'll ask him next time we talk. Thanks Allison, please let me know what he says about the coupons being hacked also or if HEB is blowing smoke up my [censored]. I was getting a 90 day supply from Kroger’s for $30 before the change.

Symbicort inhaler $431.49. I received a letter this week from Wellcare that they will no longer cover Symbicort. The pulmonologist changed me from Symbicourt to Breztri, better kickback for him I guess.

Being retired military and having tricare I get my prescriptions free at local AF base Thanks, that’ll help me. I get my BP and cholesterol meds free but my problem is with Breztri. Maybe I need to join the military at age 60.
