OP cruzfishing Angler C Joined: Feb 2013 Posts: 355 North Dallas, Texas	Went fishing today, the bite was slow but the ones we did get were pretty good. Fished from 1pm-6pm. I got 2 bites, missed one and the other was a 4lber...and Grumpy Old Vet got 3 bites, missed one and caught this 9lb 14oz...mammoth. Its his dream to catch a double digit he was so close.. Caught it on a green pumpkin senko in 2' of water right before the rain storm tonight around 5:30pm. The past 7 days of fishing have been really good for us.. We've caught 3 share-a-lunkers in the past 7 days..(2 on Lake Fork) and multiple 4's, 5's... the fishing just seems better right now....If you are not fishing because it too cold, rainy or windy you are missing out on potential giants! They are moving up shallow and are chewin! Look for clean creeks that feed the lakes and the greenest hydrilla and vegetation you can find. Ill be posting the video on my youtube channel soon.
