Their name and their pricing did not match. Even so, it a bit high per round IMHO. The last time I bought (not from them), I paid 37 cents a round for 1K round count.

they jacked up everything when obie was elected, guns that had sold for 399.99 all of a sudden were worth 999.99, they had 30 rnd magpul mags, normally about 12-15$ all of a sudden went to 35 or 40.00 etc.

they tried to scam us due to the shortages that were around.

I have not and will not ever spend another cent with them.

s&g ammo for ammo, 3-4 dealers for online stuff and bps outfitters in sherman for my go to store.

Prices are nutz today compared to a few years ago. I was buying .223/5.56 at around 15 to 16 cents a round if not cheaper. But, apparently from what I've read Lake City has cut back on production for the civilian market. No idea if they were forced to, or it was strongly suggested, or they chose to.

pedo and crew are trying to make lake city strictly military, not sure if they have yet or not, look at IMI (israel military industries) from s&g, I like it at least as much as lake city. same setup but in israel, they make military and run a lot extra for civilian market.

Back in the day, at Customs we were issued IMI 5.56. I don't remember any problems with it. I probably still have some.

During Sandy Hook, they canceled orders people made and made them re-order at higher prices if they still wanted the product. It was beyond shady.
