I saw a video where a guy was fake farting on people in Walmark. He pranked all kinds people in there. Some laughed, some said “excuse you”, some said “that’s disgusting”…etc., all different reactions.

Then he did it to two black ladies. The one black lady yelled at him and said, “That’s the most racist thing I’ve ever seen!”

The word has lost all meaning.

I happen to be in Missouri as we speak. For some reason up here, there are a bunch of expired temporary plates. Some departments will pull them over and others will not. Funny thing is very once in a while, I have to make a trip to walmart. If I drive around on the lot you will see 15 or more expired temporary plates, at any given time. The other thing is Missouri has a personal property tax. So the people with expired temporary plates have not paid their personal property tax so they can get the real plate. So state is losing revenue also. Supposedly the Missouri legistrators have past a bill that the dealer now has to collect the tax upon sale of vehicle. But I have no idea about individual sales from private sellers.

The tags on my Bass Cat trailer expired 8 years ago. I've drug it all over Texas and never been stopped. I reckon the fine for expired tags would be far less than the annual registration cost. The registration fees for a boat trailer are complete bullshirt. Had a Nitro that I ran the original plate 18 years with no renewal, even got stopped once for a bad tail light and the officer never noticed that the tags had expired 11 years ago. I'm absolutely done with being ripped off year after year for this [censored].

Here in Arkansas the sales tax is paid when you go in to get your new plates. 6%, which can be a chunk of money if you pay for a new vehicle.
