So my 2019 Pro XS 250 with 125 hrs has started surging and a glitch when idling. Never any ethanol. On the original plugs . Any thoughts ? Thanks.

Fuel filters should have been changed at 100 hours and plugs at 1 year. I'd do that first. After that I wouldn't waste anymore time or $$$ guessing. Take to the dealer for diagnostic download.

I change filters and plugs if dont fix issue get air and fuel injectors clean in any question PM me
