The Hybrid and Whitebass bite has been phenomenal on Cedar Creek. Water Temps were 58 degrees yesterday. We are finding the Hybrids and Whitebass in schools on the wind blown points and edges in 11-17 feet. Once you find them and that is the key (finding them) you need to keep moving your spot lock in the 11-17 ft area because they move around and you have to just get back on top of them. If you pull into a spot and you scan it well and don't find anything, I would move on and not waste alot of time at that spot. I have not started deadsticking yet but only because these fish are relating to these 11-17 ft points and edges big time! I do believe that if you try deadsticking you wlll have success but when you can go out and catch 20-40 Hybrids throwing baits at them why not keep doing what is working right now. We are catching Hybrids up to 24 1/2 inches and alot of them in the 19-22 inch range. Whitebass are being caught up to 16 inches with the average being 14 inches and full limits being the norm.
