my first thought!.. really hard ta tell?.. there are several things all tied ta together someway or another.. have all tha different dia. and panel layouts (fuse/relays/breakers/modules/contacts and etc) from '99 ta '06.. of course mine don't match any of 'em.. close but thats as good as it gets... chevy house was no help either.... good thing this is justa "project"....

Sell it and get another. Electrical problems are the worst problems to have.

Did you start another thread just about the seats? If so you might go back and look at it.
I found there were two 50 amp relays or fuses, one for each side, that controlled the power seats and windows.

this is almost tha same one with tha seats.. tha recliner part was main concern ta start but its "up graded" to where it is now.. i have nothing in this truck that is labeled in any way for power seats and only one windows relay............like said .. i have (4) tha different dia. and panel layouts (fuse/relays/breakers/modules/contacts and etc) from '99 ta '06.. of course mine don't match any of 'em.. none show two 50 amp fuses?.. mine doesn't have those fuses either i have one 25a relay for windows but doesn't distinguish one side or tha other and/or both? ......... really think its gonna be in one of tha body control modules but can't tell which one with what i have...

I thought I had posted this earlier but it does not show up.
Its similar to your problem, with good pictures
In this link the problem seems to be chafed wiring.

Seems like a multimeter and test light and YouTube you could figure it out. I used do that kind of work before Internet and All Data was available tracing shorts and wiring . The reason people don't do it now is it takes a lot of time to find the problem and people don't want to pay..
Good Luck
