Being a Corp Of Engineers lake Whitney does not have true “waterfront” lots nor many docks. Waterfront” means your property actually just goes up the Corp’s greenbelt around the lake. There are a few older docks and marinas from when the Corp would give(sell) permits for private docks but that practice stopped decades ago. Depending on where you’re coming from Lake Granbury has every square inch of shoreline covered by waterfront docks. Many lighted. And a few with the famous “green lights”.
