tried jumping it last night with the jet ski... chickened out.... LOL!!  I'd chicken out too! The Tawakoni spillway is a lot nastier than Lewisville. I've seen some HUGE carp there, and drum aplenty.

It is not a release dam. It will be flowing over the top. Good possibliy it is. And, yes there use to be alot of stripers and hybrids below the dam.

ahh, about 12:00 to 2:00pm and we were fishing off the bridge, then the cops told me that i could not fishi off the bridge so i left. i thought there was release gates but there is only a spillway.
