Is that compatible with a Lowrance ghost?

Yes it is. I can point you to the Lowrance info stating this support if needed. I run a Ghost TM, and even have the upgraded Ghost 360 transducer on my Ghost TM. The Ghost communicates via NMEA 2000 (not Ethernet) so you would need to have a NMEA network on your boat for the communication link. For the Ghost TM transducer connection, a $30 cable is needed to adapt the unit to the cable on the Ghost TM.

I never got this unit or transducer installed on the boat before I decided to upgrade now to save remove & replace later. (It was the last Carbon unit intended for installation on my boat.) There's nothing wrong or any deficiency at all. It really is new, just been out of the box. Carbon supports all the direct "accessory items" offered by Lowrance (includes Active Target 1 & 2, Ghost 360, etc.) EXCEPT for the new HD transducers that work only with the HDS PRO product line or the HDS Live product line when using a transducer "black box".
