A few days ago, I went to Wally World to buy a fishing license. Normally I would have my Wife with me, and we would renew hers also. I asked the employee if I could get a license for my Wife (I had her old one with me), but he said he could not. Okay. I got my license, threw both old licenses away and left.

My Wife and I planned on going fishing tomorrow, so we went to Wally World to get her a license. It took 10 minutes for the employee to find the correct license in his machine. He took my Wife's driver's license information into his machine and said her license did not expire until October 31st. Huh? We always buy our licenses at the end of August. I told the guy to go ahead and sell her another license. He said he couldn't. Huh?

Like I said, we always get our licenses together. I do not have her old license to check the date. I don't remember what I did last year, but I guess it is possible that we bought my Wife a date-to-date fishing license instead of the kind that expire Aug. 31st.

hmmm

Curious why you involve some kid at Wal-Mart? Go online and you can do it all yourself, see when it expires, etc with your own eyes.

you can see your information on your phone if you have the tp&w app. it has you customer number and a list of all your licenses.

I usually buy mine online and went digital this year. I am now worried because I am used to seeing my deer tags. I hope the digital log will keep an accurate count.

Why do Texans have such and inferiority complex about Oklahoma? I mean, I lived more than half of my life in OK and we rarely ever think about Texas, let alone talk about it. But I moved to Texas, and it seems like every other word is about OK. I just don't get it. Why is OK on y'alls mind so much?

It works great. Several of us on my deer lease used them last year and nobody had any issues what so ever.
