Most of the sun shirts suffice, get the hood its definitely worth it
But the Magellan and Columbia or pfg old school style shirt that everyone wears to the golf course, or frat kid in dads car are probably the coolest thing for the money

Make sure when cutting you expose all your moles, skin tags, under arm fat etc for the world to see. If you can work in a little nipple action that is acceptable also. And don't forget a tuft of pit hair to complete the look

I use long sleeve white T-Shirts and have for decades. They reflect heat away from you and are actually cooler than a short sleeve shirt. I say that and the last one I bought didn't work that well as far as cooling goes. It is a Haynes I believe. I'd like to invest in one of the hoodies that actually cools.

Many models of the Magellan shirts are not on par with "the good stuff" in that they are made with thicker material woven tighter that does not breathe as well as some others. I have gotten some of both with the Magellan branding. You need to hold them up to the ceiling lights to look through the material - you'll start to see the difference. Compare them to a Huk or Columbia button-up and you will see the difference that I'm pointing out. Back before Covid, I have discretely blown my breath through the shirt-tail to compare them, and there was a big difference. My Magellan shirts are OK in milder weather, but some of the other brands beat them bigtime when it comes to cooling comfort in our hottest months. The best brand I've ever used - Pelagic. They're not cheap, but the closest thing to feeling like you aren't even wearing a shirt!

Anything but Magellan. They are not true to size and their shirts are cut funny.

Can't get caught at the ramp with store brand clothing... Gotta make sure every one sees Huk or Columbia on you

Brand does not matter to me. 1. Cost; 1a. Fit/effectiveness in that order for me.

I bought and have been gifted some Magellan clothing over the years and none of it fits me very well therefore not comfortable or effective.

T shirt, Magellan, Columbia if it's on sale. Whatever. Anything but a jersey because you become gay automatically when you wear one.
