It's apparently what the voters want, since they insist that the elections are fair and free. The voters demand corrupt and inept leadership: just look at the current administration. The guy also refers to Hurricane Katrina, where Ray Nagin, the mayor of New Orleans, cancelled his emergency declaration, fled to Dallas, and left the city behind to drown. And the citizens reelected him after that........... Who can argue with that?

I'm certainly not defending anything the government has done or hasn't done but when was the last time any administration had a swift and appropriate response to any major disaster that has happened in our country? It always seems like it takes a great deal of time for the wheels to start turning and the help and relief to finally start rolling in.

If ol' poopy pants Joe takes a helicopter ride over that area, those residents may get an unwanted "government response" out of his diaper.

This will be the biggest government failure in history. They are covering up the true toll.

So how are they covering it up?
Has HA gov said it may be awhile?
Like any natural disaster it takes weeks to get full info. This one is in a very isolated area that can’t be immediately overwhelmed with resources.

Just quit trying to default your opioid (yes I am saying this to Biben haters) to government and remember your side wants Russia to win.

I don't think it's a right side thing or a left side thing. It's just a government thing.

The Hawaii newspapers are reporting more than 850 “unaccounted “ for, yet the official toll is in the low hundreds. I’m sure it will rise as they are able to sort through the area.

But you do not understand. Idiots try and use this to express their political opinion.
It’ is tiring explain how real world works, They do not care. They just try to explain their world view as normal. They are keyboard warriors. Ask them to come out in public and defend their position and it means they suck
