If it does it with only one widow down it's the air buffeting the truck. With only one window down large amounts of air are forced into the cab and it has nowhere to go except back out the same window. This causes the buffeting because air is rushing in that window. If you roll both back windows down it should stop, or at least decrease significantly. But there will always be some becuase of the rush of air coming through the cab.

will check today if it's with both

I just could not believe how hard it shook..I could see the truck shaking..then window up no shaking

I had that issue with a 2004 Toyota Highlander. It lasted 11 years until I bought a 2015 Ram 1500 Single Cab pickup.
