Awesome Chris. Texoma seems to be heading for some big fish days. Hope it continues for you. Sorry about the hand hope it came out less painful than going in.

BAM BOOM BAM! Great fish! That looks painful but I bet you can still catch with your other hand, Chris. Yeah those multi treble hooks on the top water plugs can getcha. Be careful next time buddy.

Solid post and fish. Good job. Hate to see the thumb injury. Should heal fast!

Were you able to smash the barb prior to pulling back thru ? Nice side liners over 17 lbs, simply a guess without knowing lengths.

Fellow anglers I’ve had more hooks in me than the tackle box all different kinds of ways and places and had hooks in many people over the years as I’m in my 29th season. I heard a rumor that a child took a treble hook to the eyeball yesterday I do not know if it’s true but man you got to be careful I sure hope that it’s not true because that is tragic. It was actually buried straight in and I had to kind of back it out and then force it through right by my cuticle because it wanted to come out underneath the thumbnail I’ve had it happen once before and that’s not a good one. Of course we hold them out a little bit to make a better picture anybody who doesn’t well that’s your choice I want it to look as good as possible. Top biggest fish is 24 pounds
