No a two bank charger will charge two batteries. To charge all three you would need a 3 bank charger.
This is the charger I bought on Amazon works great stays plugged in 24/7 kicks on & off on it's own.
NOCO Genius GENPRO10X3, 3-Bank, 30A (10A/Bank) Smart Marine Battery Charger, 12V Waterproof Onboard Boat Charger, Battery Maintainer and Desulfator for AGM, Lithium (LiFePO4) and Deep-Cycle Batteries

You can wire one of the banks to both batteries with jumper wires. Only down side is it will deliver half the amps the charger is rated for to those 2 batteries
