I bought a 2015 zx250 bass boat from a friend that bought it new. This was in Feb 2022. The day I bought it my friend called his dealer to make sure I could order the dual console for it. The dealer ( Nautical mile marine said yes and quoted a price. I called back last week and they said they no longer support the consoles for that year model. This is only a 7 to 8 year old boat. This will be the last skeeter I buy. I see why phoenix is taking over their market share. If anyone has a 2015 zx250 second console let me know.

So does phoenix build consoles for 7 year old boats? I’ve only heard of them doing this for about 1 year old boats.

I didn't have the money to buy the console when I bought the boat.

I guess it's too much to ask for a manufacturer to support their products for a reasonable amount of time. Auto manufacturers do. Tractor manufacturers do. So under your ridiculous comment boat manufacturers don't need to. Got it. Dumb A$$.

I work for a auto dealer and it is not at all uncommon for them to discontinue cosmetic/accessory parts for a particular vehicle after the 9 to 10 year mark. The vendor usually continues to build crash and repair parts depending on the popularity of the vehicle. Availability of these parts change every month.

OP might try FB Marketplace or Ebay. Pick up some tissues as well.

FYI: What so many do not realize is there’s only a few thousand, as in less than 5,000 boats made of many of these manufacturers. So expecting them to keep parts, accessories, and such for that small of number for years just doesn’t happen.
