My tankless is set at 125 F. It will go to 150 but no need for that.

130 or so. About as hot as you can get it and still hold your hands under a flowing faucet.

Factory setting on mine was 125. I bumped it up to 135. I don't use my dishwasher and from the kitchen sink to the dump out is a long run. I think the hotter water helps to flush the pipes. I know not to put my hands under the faucet after it has been running a while.

Just changed a shower mixing valve today, I should have taken a temp reading. Ours is scalding hot.

I put a recirulation pump on my 2 water heaters in the Attic, I have hot water all over the house.
