Good luck this weekend. My sons baseball game for the 29th got moved to the 22nd so we won’t be fishing now. Freaking bummer.

wh2004....

That is a bummer!! Was looking forward to meeting you and your son! Those things happen for sure...had plenty of those things change when mine was that age and doing those things.

So since my sons game from this weekend got changed and we missed this one, we’re going to run out there and fish this Saturday now. Any tips on what was working?

wh2004....

Not sure on all the patterns but seemed like shad spawn in pockets was one pattern. Lots of small fish caught. Anglers throwing crank baits shallow caught whites and crappie as well. Some of the good bags came on bladed jigs but not sure where...probably same type areas. Probably folks offshore was well. Be careful running....had reports of several humps starting to show and be right under the water. We had mainly cloudy conditions and wind out of the east most of the day. Got up higher after everyone got off the water and front came in.

Wish I knew more about it but was too busy to find out! hahaha!

If I find out more, I will pass it along!
