Lake Nocona has 1 to 2 tournaments on it every weekend from late February to mid May. Me complimenting fellow fisherman for having a great tourney isn't going to be a problem. With the number of people fishing now there are not any secret lakes left. OH ivy still the king right these years.

Nocona used to kick out some good stringers. Not a lot of accommodations out there for out of town anglers. I bet it doesn't get a ton of traffic over that. It's spring in Texas, you have a shot at weights like that on many lakes. Congratulations to the anglers.... I agree Mark. Heck Brownwood kicked out a 30 lb bag along with a few 20s this past weekend in Media and it is dink town normally.

Why? Why? Why?
I have friends who catch big fish and big stringers. I congratulate them personally, not on the internet.

The ultimate was a few years ago. Someone started a thread titled "BLOODBATH ON XXXXX". He talked about all the fish he and his buddy had caught on this small lake, complete with pictures of both the fish and his bloody thumb from unhooking them. Within a week or so you couldn't have wedged another boat on the water with a shoehorn.
I guess he never intended to fish there again.
