I filled my deer feeder and walked around for about 5 minutes 20 years ago near Brownwood. I was wearing shorts and flip flops, like a dumb A$$. I was eat up with them worse than ever before. I try to remember to spray my feet and legs with spray now days. I was miserable.

Ordered some sulphur pills today. I usually start taking them the Thursday before I head to the ranch

good lord you're feeling my pain. i basically did the same thing around the house this weekend and i my ankles are ate up. oh yeah, my nut sack is feeling it also........  Why were you cleaning the yard with no clothes on?

Thank you for the psa. Long pants, long sleeves and hot soapy shower immediately after walking or working in a tall brush or tall grass area. Plus #1. Also a can of Off works very good.

I had to go out on a plugging job for a well in northern Oklahoma in August back in the seventies. The next day I looked like I had been shot with a shotgun from the waist down - chiggers everywhere. I'm a religious user of Deep Woods Off after that episode. I was miserable.

I remember walking through a cemetery in Arkansas, grass was not at all tall but I was miserable with Chigers after that.

Neighbor lady called me one day. She sat in the grass pulling weeds out of her flower beds. She got ate up bad. She asked me for suggestions and said she had heard to take a bleach bath. I told her it might work but will turn her pubes blonde.

Around here in the summer if you step off the pavement around any boat ramp, you better bleach bath as soon as possible. The most worthless living thing on the planet.
